SUNNEI
SUNNEI, an Italian brand known for its innovative and playful designs, caught my attention. With its daring approach and iconic prints, SUNNEI stands out in the fashion scene.
In my application project for the PBA Top-Up program, I delved into SUNNEI's DNA. Utilizing mood boards from SUNNEI’s current universe, sketches, and experiments in CLO3D, I explored their design aesthetic to uncover ideas resonant with the brand's target audience and DNA.
In CLO3D, I experimented with different colors, shapes, and styles quickly. It helped me visualize how the designs would look and feel with various materials and textures. This exploration process allowed me to refine my ideas and ensure they matched SUNNEI's DNA.
This involved analyzing existing styles and envisioning potential re-designs using leftover textiles, aiming to produce aesthetically pleasing designs infused with timeless elements from SUNNEI's textile identity.
My final design seamlessly integrates leftover stock materials from SUNNEI's previous collections while staying true to their current identity and target audience.
Additionally, I ensured that each product comes with a compelling story, conveyed through hangtags. These tags narrate the journey of the recycled materials and the unique production process behind each style, adding depth and meaning to the product.
